Pur Aesthetics and Wellness was founded by Megan Hagley, MSN, CRNA, who recognized the impact of aesthetic medicine after having her second child. Megan realized that her facial rejuvenation treatments were instrumental in feeling confident, refreshed, and more herself. She was determined to find a way to bring that same experience to the men and women of South Bend.

Megan Hagley, MSN, CRNA

Megan is a nurse anesthetist, aesthetic nurse injector, and a mom specializing in aesthetic services for the Michiana region.

She splits her time between providing anesthesia at local hospitals, while also serving the Michiana area helping to restore inner beauty, while rejuvenating your face and skin.

Jamie Davidson, MSN, CRNA

Jamie knew aesthetics was a perfect fit because she realized she could use her advanced anatomy and physiology knowledge to change how people feel in their skin.

She’s been married for ten years and is a mom of 3. Her favorite procedure is microneedling because it’s the perfect marriage between beauty and science. She loves that it supports and restores the foundation on which all other aesthetic treatments rely on.

Emilee Tehrani, MSN, NP-C

Emilee graduated from Goshen College and now resides in Granger, Indiana. Her professional experience lies in injections.

Emilee knew Pur Aesthetics would be a perfect fit because loves to assist clients to reach their beauty and wellness goals.

Emilee graduated from Goshen College and has a previous history as an ICU nurse, specializing in Pulmonary Medicine.

She’s a mom and one of our newest members to the team.

Melissa Demetriou, MSN, NP-C

Melissa graduated from Goshen College and has over a decade of ICU experience as an RN. She currently specializes as a Nurse Practitioner in Orthopedics and Cryotherapy.

Melissa enjoys helping patients reach their utmost potential by providing a comfortable environment to attain their beauty and wellness goals.

Melissa is a wife and a mom of two spicy little girls. When she is not working, you can find her vacationing on the beach, working out, or indulging in her guilty pleasure of The Real Housewives franchise.

Julie Sauer, NP-C

Meet Julie Sauer, our wonderful Nurse Practitioner dedicated to optimizing women’s health!

Julie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. With a background in labor and delivery, Julie transitioned into women’s health after graduating from IUSB.

She specializes in hormones, gut health, insulin resistance, and overall health optimization, working closely with patients to address concerns and create personalized treatment plans.

Julie’s compassionate approach helps women with PCOS, endometriosis, hormone imbalances, and more, empowering them to reach their wellness goals.

Julie is a wife and mom of two who loves spending time and making memories with her family. We’re thrilled to have her with us—your health and wellness are in great hands!

Lexi Reynolds, Practice Manager & Lead Esthetician

Lexi seamlessly blends professional expertise with a passion for the beauty industry and exceptional organizational skills.

Renowned for her infectious enthusiasm, she fosters a positive atmosphere among team members and clients.

Beyond the office, Lexi finds solace in nature and mindfulness, balancing her professional demands with yoga and hiking. In her downtime, she enjoys the warm companionship of her cats. Lexi’s zest for life extends globally through her passion for modeling and travel, making her a magnetic asset to the Pur family.

Stephanie Sullivan, Esthetician

Meet Stephanie Sullivan—our newest powerhouse at Pur Aesthetics & Wellness! You may recognize her as Miss Indiana USA 2024, a trailblazer who made history as the first married woman, mother, and the oldest titleholder to wear the crown.

But beyond the sash, Stephanie is a beauty expert with a heart for helping others feel their most confident. With a background in law from Purdue University, she made a bold career pivot in 2020, following her true passion for aesthetics. As the founder of S Esthetics, she built a thriving business centered on the belief that beauty starts from within. Now, she’s bringing that same expertise and dedication to Pur, where she’ll continue to empower clients to look and feel their best.

Dana Kujawski, Patient Care Coordinator

Dana is your go-to person for everything—whether you have a question, need help with scheduling, or want to make your experience seamless and enjoyable, she’s always there with a warm smile and ready to assist.

With over 22 years of marriage and raising two wonderful kids, Dana knows the importance of caring for those you love. She’s passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience, making sure every patient feels welcome, heard, and taken care of from start to finish.

When Dana’s not making your visit special, she’s busy cheering on her kids at travel baseball games, spending quality time with family, boating, or enjoying peaceful walks with her dogs. 🐾

Bob Fiedler

Bob is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in men’s health. He has been in health care for roughly 20yrs, from a nurse in the ICU to an NP with Trauma and now urology for the last 2.5 yrs. He has a master’s degree in nursing from Goshen College. He was 1st interested in urology because as a man, many urologic problems come about as men age. He continues to advance his knowledge in men’s health and urology by being a member of the American urology Association as well as the sexual medicine society of North America. Bob is a funny, inquisitive, and energetic person. He enjoys scuba diving, cycling, spending time in nature with his wife and 2 boys. He and his wife are usually under taking a remodeling project at home. He really enjoys learning new skills in many aspects of his life- from healthcare, to scuba diving, to home remodeling.

Annika Babcock

Annika is a Licensed Aesthetician and Medical Assistant with five years of experience in medical aesthetics. She specializes in facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and advanced skin treatments.

She has a background in dermatology and is trained in IPL, laser hair and tattoo removal, RF microneedling, body contouring, and microneedling with PRP/PRF. Her approach is personalized and honest, creating each treatment based on what the client’s skin needs that day.

Annika loves helping clients feel confident in their skin while creating a safe, comfortable space where they feel heard and cared for.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, Eliyas, and her dog, Titan. She also loves cooking, baking, shopping, and going on walks with her son.

Sam Fuller, MD

Dr. Fuller attended undergrad at the University of Notre Dame, medical school at the University of Chicago, then completed a 6-year Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency at the University of Chicago Medical Center, training with world-renowned plastic and cosmetic surgeons.

Dr. Fuller focuses his aesthetic practice on body contouring, including breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift, tummy tuck, mommy makeover, along with many other procedures. He offers detailed consultations and creates a unique approach to body contouring for each patient.
